1. Acceptance of Orders : All contracts of sale made by Mark Harper T/A MJH Media shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions which shall prevail over any other document or communication from the party with whom the Company is dealing ("The Customer") All orders and contracts are accepted and fulfilled subject to these conditions under English Law unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Prices : Are quoted in £ Sterling (and are inclusive of VAT), unless otherwise specified.
3. Specifications : Technical data, dimensions and weights etc., quoted are a guide.We try and represent the product acurately. However, if you feel we have mis represented the item in anyway please contact us and we would be delighted to offer refund or replacement with similar item
4. Claims : Non-delivery or damage must be notified to the Company in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Inspection of goods within a reasonable timeframe is essential. We do however, appreciate that many of our gifts are bought as presents and may not be opened or used for some considerable time from the date of purchase. If you find the product doesnt meet expectation, requirement or is indeed faulty please contact us on sales@difficultdads.com and we would be delighted to offer refund or exchange
