TO GUARENTEE DELIVERY BEFORE FATHER`S DAY 20th JUNE PLEASE ORDER ON OR BEFORE THE 15th JUNE

All items are dispatched Royal Mail first class unless otherwise stated where a courier will be used.

We aim to dispatch all items on the sameday of purchase (4pm cut off) all items purchased before 4 pm will be dispatched sameday, all items thereafter willl be dispatched next working day. Any item purchased after 4 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

From experience First Class mail can take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive. If you`re concerned that the item may be delayed please email us on Difficultdads.co.uk and we`ll attend to promptly. We do ask that you leave at least 3 working days from date of purchase before contacting us

For all personalised items please refer to the product description for delivery timescales. Delivery times for these items should be used as a guide only. We do however make every effort to ensure that all items are received within the specified timeframe

Please note, until further notice we only ship to UK postcodes . If you have a UK Billing address and the postal address is outside the UK you are liable for the excess postage 

If you want the item sent to another UK address then no problem, we know that many customers want their gifts sent directly to the recipient. At the checkout stage of the buying process you`ll be given the option to send to an alternative address to yours

RETURNS

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.  

  1. Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with Difficultdads.com. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product .
  2. You (the consumer) have a 7 day cooling off period, you may return the item to us for full refund for any reason
  3. Goods will be refunded within 30 days
  4. you will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
  5. Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund 
  6. We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
  7. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
  8. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
